Return Policy

It is our hope that you will be absolutely pleased with your purchase, but if something doesn't work out, we offer full refunds for unmarked, unworn, and unwashed goods postmarked within 7 days of receipt. To request a return, please reach out via our Contact page and we will be in touch shortly. Please be sure to include the following information:  the item, your order # and the reason for the return in your email.

All sale/discount items can be returned for a store credit or exchange unless the item is damaged. 


Returned items must be in original (new) condition and have the original tags attached (if applicable). Please allow up to two weeks for us to receive and process your return. Once an eligible return has been processed, we will notify you via email. Shipping charges are non-refundable. 

We do not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of returned packages lost in transit without proof of delivery to The Remnant Society.

Please note that it may take additional time to post the credit to your account. We recommend that you contact your bank or credit union if you have questions regarding the timeline, since this information varies by company.
